Rumah Anak Yatim dan Asnaf As-Solihin is located in Kanchong Darat, Banting, Selangor. It was established based on the awareness and responsibility to build a more perfect life for orphans among the poor. This responsibility actually lies on the shoulders of every community no matter where they are. The responsibility to build a more comfortable life is not just about providing shelter, food and clothing but must also include human development which includes personal and academic education and life skills.

In fact, this responsibility will be felt more important when most of these orphans and asnaf do not have a perfect life, and there are also those who are forced to work even at a very young age because they have to help stabilize the economy of their families, most of whom are from poor and low-income families. This has caused them to fall behind in their studies and education because they cannot attend school as scheduled. There are even some of them who have to drop out of school because they cannot afford it. This situation has actually caused them to not be able to achieve what they want in life.

Studies have found that most of the social problems that arise from the adolescent group are a result of life stress that comes from family breakdown and family poverty factors. This factor is actually what leads to dropping out of education which ultimately results in their lives becoming uncertain and causing various negative symptoms in society.

The establishment of this orphanage also involves several responsible parties and it is also built based on a certain mission and vision.
